HOW TO PLACE MAGNETS
1. Grip cylinder magnet between thumb and forefinger and slide gold magnet apart. It is easier than trying to pull them apart.
2. Place cylinder magnet in approximate location on front of ear.
3. Place gold magnet behind ear. Magnetic force will draw them together.
4. Then move magnet to exact location. Back magnet will follow.

TO REMOVE MAGNETS
1. Grab front and back and pull towards edge of ear. They will easily slide off and click together.
2. Place magnets on original ear plate.
IF YOU DROP MAGNETS BY ACCIDENT, wave ear plate near where they were dropped and magnetic force will locate magnet.
TIPS ON USING
EAR ACU-MAGNETS
The diagrams show regions for the areas where you will place the magnets.

Wear the magnets 30-60 minutes daily. You will vary the points even though there may be three or more points listed.

One ear is usually more sensitive than the other so we will use both ears for treatment.

Try two magnets in each ear. It is suggested that you use no more than four points each day.

Treatment lasts for six weeks. Take two weeks off and then repeat until desired result.

Points that create heat, sweating or other stimulus are good points to repeat. If you get no reaction to a particular point after several days, stop using it.

To use Adrenal point, or any point that seems hard to place a magnet on the back of your ear, you can use tape.

Tape one magnet to the point and then add a magnet on top of it. Tape to side of face with surgical tape easily obtained from local drug store or pharmacy.
